Flourless Chocolate Cake

Melt 6 Tbsp butter and chocolate in a microwave safe bowl until smooth and cool slightly.
After cooling, whisk in egg yolks.
In another bowl beat egg whites until soft peaks form.Gradually add sugar and beat until stiff .
Whisk 1/4 of the egg whites into the chocolate mixture then fold in the rest.Pour into pan.
Bake 45-50 minutes at 275%. Cake will start to pull away from sides.
Cool on a wire rack and release from pan.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.A drizzle of raspberry sauce is nice.
