Melt chocolate and butter in saucepan over low heat. Stir continuously with a whisk until completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
Keep over low heat, add sugar and keep mixing. When mixture is smooth, turn off heat. Quickly add the eggs, baking cocoa, and vanilla. Mix well.
Use spray oil in an 8 or 9 inch dish. Pour batter evenly in pan. Bake for 10-13 minutes at 375.
