Ingredients

box angel food cake mix
20 oz can(s)
crushed pineapple
1 Tbsp
green food coloring

FOR TOPPING

1 sm pkg
fat free/sugar free instant pistachio pudding mix
16 oz can(s)
crushed pineapple (drained)
8oz
fat free whipped topping

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix Angel Food cake mix with 20oz can of pineapple & juice, and food coloring until well blended.
Spray a nested cake mold w/cooking spray. Spread batter into mold & bake @350' for 30 min's or until knife inserted comes out clean.

To prepare topping: Gently mix pudding mix together w/whipped topping and fold in pineapple. Chill for 2-3 hrs.
Spread whipped topping onto nested part of cake or simply slice and top with
whipped topping mixture. (This part is even a great dessert all by itself) Yum!
