1 pkgstrawberry cake mix

1/2 cmelted butter

1 lgegg, lightly beaten

18 oz pkg light cream cheese, softened

116 oz pkg powdered sugar

2 lgeggs, lightly beaten

1 tspvanilla
How To Make easy strawberry cheesecake bars

1Heat oven to 375. Spray a 9" x 13" pan w/ cooking spray. In bowl, combine cake mix and butter. Beat in 1 egg. Press mix into bottom of pan.

2In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and 2 eggs until creamy. Stir in vanilla.

3Pour cream cheese mix over cake mix. Bake 30 mmins. Cool. Cut into bars. I always top the cake w/ sliced fresh strawberries.
