Easy slow-cooker spice cake

A delicious, warm, easy spice cake for the fall. Serve w/ ice cream or whipped cream.

Ingredients

1 can(s)
condensed tomato soup
1/2 c
water
2 large
eggs
1 box
spice cake mix
1-1/4 c
hot water
3/4 c
packed, light brown sugar
1 tsp
cinnamon

Step-By-Step

1Spray a 4-quart slow-cooker w/ cooking spray. In bowl, combine soup, 1/2 cup water, eggs and cake mix. Mix as directed on cake mix box.

2Pour batter into cooker. In another bowl, stir together 1-1/4 cups hot water, brown sugar and cinnamon.

3Pour sauce over batter. Cover, cook on high for 2 hrs. Spoon cake into bowls. Spoon sauce from bottom of cooker over cakes.
