I got this recipe from my church's cookbook from one of the ladies who passed on, but left this wonderfully moist cake recipe.

Ingredients For easy moist banana cake

1 pkgyellow cake mix
-
14-serving size pkg sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
-
4 lgeggs
-
1 lgbanana, mashed
-
1/4 ccanola oil
-
powdered sugar for garnish
How To Make easy moist banana cake

1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 10" bundt pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, combine all ingredients, except powdered sugar.

2Beat on medium until blended. Pour batter into pan. Bake 50 min, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 15 nmins. Remove from pan, carefull and sprinkle w/ powdered sugar.
