1Make your butter pecan cake mix according to directions on the box.
2Add at least 1/2 the can of coconut pecan frosting mix to the batter and blend. Pour into prepared springform pan, bundt pan, or layer pans. (It is up to you how you want to present it.)
3Bake as directed. Test to see if it is done, let cool. I have had this without frosting (bundt cake). I put an old fashioned caramel icing(I got the recipe here), on mine with rest of the coconut pecan frosting in between the layers, or on top of springform cake. It was a big hit. Enjoy!
