I made this recipe which accompanied a blueberry layer cake(which is awesome also)and I now use it on a lot of my other cakes and cupcakes because everyone seems to love it,it's easy to work with...and best yet SO EASY to make ;o)
In a medium bowl combine the frosting,melted(cooled) white chips and confectioners' sugar.
This makes a nice amount of frosting for an 8 or 9 inch layer cake. I reserve about 1 and a half cups of the frosting for decorating as it pipes nicely. I use this on a blueberry cake and put a lattice deco on the top.
