Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Scatter the nuts and coconut over the bottom of a light greased 9by13 inch baking pan, In a large bowl, mix cake mix according to the package directions.
Pour the mixture over the nuts and coconut. (DO NOT STIR) In a separate bowl, combine the powdered sugar,butter,cream cheese, and vanilla. and drop by teaspoonfuls on top of the cake mix batter. (AGAIN TO NOT STIR)
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until cracks appear on the top of cake. NO ICING IS NEEDED FOR THIS CAKE.
