2/3 c	milk
1 Tbsp	chocolate instant pudding mix, sugar free, rounded
1/2 c	chocolate ice cream, light, no sugar added
2/3 c	crushed ice
VANILLA CAKE BATTER MILKSHAKE:
1 Tbsp	vanilla instant pudding mix, sugar free, rounded
1/2 c	vanilla ice cream, light, no sugar added

Low fat milkshake that tastes naughty.

Directions

DOUBLE CHOCOLATE PUDDING MILKSHAKE:

Place all ingredients, except ice in blender. Blend to mix. Add ice; blend on high until ice is completely incorporated & shake is thick & creamy.

VANILLA CAKE BATTER MILKSHAKE:

Substitute vanilla pudding mix for the chocolate pudding mix & vanilla ice cream for the chocolate ice cream.
