For Layers: Separate eggs. Beat egg yolks and sugar until light. Beat egg whites and fold into egg mixture along with flour. With spoon, form circles of dough on buttered and floured cookie sheet. Circles should be 8 inches in diameter. Bkae until done, but not brown. (should be about 10 circles)
For Filling: Cream ingredients until fluffy. Put layers together with filling. Cool.
Whip cream and confectioner's sugar and frost top and sides of cake. Sprinkle with grated chocolate.
