DIXIE'S RHUBARB CAKE

Every June a group of us neighbor ladies would have a garage sale at my house. My sister usually made the trip to Wausau with her car trunk packed full too!
Needless to say it was FUN social event. Every year Dixie arrived early in the morning with a warm fresh out of the oven Rhubarb cake. We all knew that she had been up early and was outside picking fresh rhubarb for this cake!
Everywhere I take this recipe today, they always ask for the recipe.
