Ingredients

sugar free angel food cake, sliced
1
box sugar free free jell-o (strawberry)
1 c
boiling water
1 c
cold water
1 pkg
strawberries (no sugar)
fat free cool whip (optional)

Directions Step-By-Step

Spray pan with non stick spray. Place strawberries in pan. Put cake on top of strawberries. mix Jell-O with boiling water stir until dissolved add in 1/2 cup of cold water. Pour over cake and refrigerate for 3 hours or until cool and firm.

I didn't know what size pan to use and the recipe said 1cup of cold water but the directions said half a cup of cold water...I most likely used the wrong size pan...would you please clarify what size pan? I am so excited to find a diabetic recipe for my dad..
