yellow cake mix with pudding in the mix, 1 can pumpkin,1/2 c.crushed walnuts, 3 heaping tbls. pumpkin pie spice, 2 eggs, 1/2 c.sourcream with 1 teas, lemon juice, 1/2 c. canned milk diluted with a little water.
Reserve out 1/2 cup pumpkin for icing later. Mix all other ingred. in bowl and mix well. Spray bundt pan and pour in batter. Bake till toothpick comes out clean, approx. 50 to 55 mins. Cool 10 mins. invert on wire rack.
To prepare icing. Place can of storebought vanilla icing in microwave for 1 min. Stir in reserved pumpkin and pumpkin pie spices. Mix well and pour over cake. Make sure u have your wire rack on a jelly roll pan. Use the glaze in the pan over again to completely glaze the cake. While the glaze is wet drop chopped raisins and chopped walnuts on the cake to garnish.
