I created this recipe for Thanksgiving lunch at our church and it was a hit!

Ingredients

FOR THE CRUST

2 1/4 c
ground graham crackers (about 1 1/2 sleeve)
1 stick
butter, melted

FOR THE FILLING

3 box
cream cheese
1 can(s)
sweetened condensed milk
1 Tbsp
pure vanilla extract
1 Tbsp
all-purpose flour
3/4 c
sugar

FOR THE CARAMEL SAUCE

1 jar(s)
caramel sauce (the really good kind)
1 can(s)
sweetened condensed milk
3 Tbsp
heavy cream, cold

Step-By-Step

1FOR THE CRUST:

Blend crushed crackers and melted butter together and press into a springform pan.
2FOR THE FILLING:

Mix all ingredients together and beat until smooth.
Pour filling over crust and bake in a 300 degree oven for 55 minutes
or until set. Cool on a wire rack for about 45 minutes or until cool. Refrigerate for
2 to 3 hours uncovered. Pour on caramel sauce and serve. Cover and refrigerate
uneaten protion.
3FOR THE CARAMEL:

Stir until well combined and pour over cooled cheesecake. Refrigerate.
