This wonderfully sinful luscious cake was created for my 13 year old daughter's birthday. She wanted death by CHOCOLATE and I think I gave it to her!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Super rich and chocolaty, death by chocolate is an appropriate name for this ice cream cake. Assembly is easy because everything is layered in a springform pan. The cake part starts with a boxed brownie mix. Wrapped in chocolate wafer candies, peanut butter and chocolate ice cream are layered in-between brownies and chocolate syrup. Crushed chocolate cream cookies on top are a tasty addition. With brownies and creamy ice cream, your family will be requesting this cake all summer long. When presenting, we added a little bit of whipped cream and a few additional cookies.
