I was home alone and wanted cake and I didn't want to make a whole cake just for myself so I came up with a "Just for Me Cup of Cake"! I hope you enjoy!!!

Ingredients For cup of cake "just for me"

1mug

4 Tbspflour

3 1/2 Tbspsugar

3 Tbspcocoa, unsweetened i used special dark

1/4 tspbaking powder

3 Tbspoil
-
1egg
-
3 Tbspbuttermilk or milk

2 Tbspyou can add chocolate or peanut butter chips if you like
How To Make cup of cake "just for me"

1Add dry ingredients to mug, & mix well . Add egg & mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well. Add chips if you like. Microwave for 2 and 1/2 minutes to 3 minutes depending on your microwave.

2Let cool a bit and Enjoy!!! You can drizzle with chocolate sauce and or whip cream!
