Cub Scout Angels' Cake

This recipe came from a Cub Scout Mom. She always brought it to the Pack meetings. It was one of the boys' favorites.

pinch tips: How to Use Hand & Stand Mixers


angel food cake
8 oz
softended cream cheese
14 oz
can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c
1/4 c
lemon juice
10 oz
package thawed strawberries
8 oz
frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions Step-By-Step

Tear angel food cake into small cubes. Mix the cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and condensed milk together.
Fold in topping and strawberries.
Layer cake pieces and the cream cheese and strawberry mixture in a 9 x 13 inch pan and refrigerate until ready to eat! Store in fridge.
