Ingredients For crock pot triple chocolate pudding cake

  • 1 - 8 oz pkg
    cream cheese
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1 x lg
    egg
  • 1 pkg
    devils food cake mix
  • 1 sm box
    instant chocolate pudding mix, dry
  • 2 c
    sour cream
  • 4 x lg
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 1 c
    water
  • 3 Tbsp
    semi-sweet chocolate chips

How To Make crock pot triple chocolate pudding cake

    Beat cream cheese, sugar & 1 egg in a small bowl. Set aside.

    Place cake mix, pudding, sour cream, 4 eggs, oil & vanilla in a large bowl. Add water & using electric mixer on low speed, beat 30 seconds or until just blended. Stop mixer & scrape down sides.

    Increase mixer speed to medium & beat for 2 minutes longer or until ingredients come together & are well blended, scraping down sides occasionally. Fold in chips.

    Coat crock pot with cooking spray. Pour batter into crock pot. Dollop cream cheese mixture over top & with knife, make swirls of cream cheese in batter.

    Cover & cook on LOW 3 - 4 hours or until cake puffs up in center & begins to pull away from sides.

    NOTE: Can be made lower calorie by...using low fat cream cheese reduced sugar devils food cake mix fat free sugar free instant chocolate pudding mix nonfat sour cream
