1 stick butter, room temperature
1 - 8 oz packages cream cheese, room temperature
1 x large egg
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 box dark chocolate cake mix
1 sm box chocolate fudge instant pudding mix, dry
1/2 cup chocolate chips, mini
GARNISH:
cool whip free

How To Make creamy cheesy chocolate yum yum

Step 1

Cream the butter & cream cheese.

Step 2

Blend in egg & vanilla.
Step 3

Add cake mix, dry pudding & chips; mix well. Roll up in plastic wrap & chill, 1 hour.
Step 4

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 5

Place log onto ungreased baking sheet & bake 8 - 10 minutes. Cool completely & slice to serve. Garnish with cool whip free.
