Cream Cheese Pistachio Cake

I kind of made this up as I was mixing the batter. Had an idea of what I wanted and just decided to go with it. Turned out great.

Ingredients

3 oz
cream cheese, softened
1 stick
butter, softened
3
eggs
1 1/2 c
sugar
1 c
self rising flour
1 1/2 c
all purpose flour
1 box
instant pistachio pudding

Step-By-Step

1Cream together cream cheese and butter. Add sugar and mix. Add eggs and mix. Add both flours and pudding mix. Pour into a well greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
