14 oz canjellied cranberry sauce

1/2 cwater

2 tsppure vanilla extract

4 Tbspbutter
How To Make cranberry caramel sauce

1Melt sugar & salt in a skillet over medium heat without stirring, 4 minutes, then swirl until dark amber, 4 more minutes.

2Add cranberry sauce & water; whisk until syrupy, 4 minutes.

3Add extract & butter; whisk 4 more minutes.

4Place in food processor or blender & puree.

5Serve over ice cream, cake, pie, dip biscotti in or whatever else your little heart desires.
