Carolyn's StoryTHERE ARE NO ILLICIT INGREDIENTS IN THIS RECIPE!! It gets its name because once you have a bite, you can't get enough! Plus, the surface will sometimes crack when removing the pan from the oven. I got this recipe from a co-worker and it is always a hit.
FOR THE CRUST
duncan hines butter cake mix
egg, room temperature
butter, room temperature

FOR THE TOPPING
eggs, room temperature
powdered sugar, 16oz
philadelphia cream cheese, 8oz, room temperature
1Combine crust ingredients in a large bowl with a wooden spoon, pressing butter pieces into each other until they form a ball. Spread into 13x9 foil pan.
2Combine topping ingredients in another large bowl and pour on top of crust mix.
3Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Let cool before serving.
