Ingredients

1 2/3 c
all purpose flour
1 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tsp
cinnamon
1/2 tsp
all spice
1 tsp
baking soda
1/2 tsp
salt
3/4 c
applesauce
1/4 c
sour cream
1/3 c
vegetable oil
1 Tbsp
lemon juice
carmael glaze recipe follows
1/2 c
chopped toasted walnuts

CARMEL GLAZE

Step-By-Step

1Comnine flour, sugar, spices, soda and salt in a mixing bowl
2stir in applesauce, sourcream, oil and lemon juice
3pour into muffin pans fitted with paper liners
4bake 20 minutes in a preheated oven of 350
5let cool completely on a wire rack
6Spread carmel glaze over the tops and insert sticks upright in the center of each.
7Garnish rim of each cake with nuts for the carmel apple dipped in nuts look. to make more festive tie a small ribbon bow around each stick
