Recipe was given to me by a lady at a family reunion. Do not even remember the ladies name. I tried the recipe and it was very good. Have given it to a lot of people. Thought it would be good recipe to share with everyone. Hope you will enjoy this.

Ingredients For cornbread cake

  • 4
    eggs
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 c
    self-rising flour
  • 1 c
    white sugar
  • 3/4 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans

How To Make cornbread cake

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients and pour in 9 x 13 greased and floured pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until brown. Cool and cut in squares.
