A salty/sweet combo sure to please! Ladies....this is perfect for...you know...that time. LOL! Caramel, pretzels, peanut butter, peanuts & chocolate all rolled into one yummy treat!

Ingredients For copycat take 5 bars

  • BROWNIES:
  • 1 stick
    butter, melted
  • 1/2 c
    cocoa powder
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 2 x lg
    eggs
  • 1 Tbsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • TOPPING:
  • 1 c
    peanut butter, creamy
  • 2 c
    pretzels, salted, broken coarsely
  • 1 jar
    caramel ice cream topping
  • 2 Tbsp
    heavy whipping cream
  • 1 c
    peanuts, dry roasted, salted
  • 1 bag
    bittersweet chocolate chips

How To Make copycat take 5 bars

    BROWNIES: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In stand mixer, add butter, cocoa powder, sugar, eggs & vanilla; mix to combine. In a medium bowl, combine salt, baking powder & flour; mix to combine. Pour into 2 8" x 8" baking dished lined with foil & sprayed with bakers joy. Bake 30 - 35 minutes. Cool completely.

    TOPPING: Spread peanut butter across the brownies. Sprinkle pretzels on top & lightly press. Melt caramel with cream; stir well. Stir in peanuts. Pour on top of the bars & spread evenly. Melt chips & pour evenly over bars. Chill until firm & cut into rectangle bars.
