1 pkg	instant vanilla pudding mix 3.5 oz
1 c	shredded coconut
1 c	chopped walnuts or pecans
1/2 c	vegetable oil
1 can(s)	coke a cola
4	eggs

It is one of my husband's favorite.
Moist and delicious.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a bundt, fluted or tube pan. In a mixer bowl combine cake mix, coconut, nuts, oil, soda and eggs; mix well. Pour into a prepared pan. Bake for 50 or 60 mins. or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the center. Remove from oven; allow to cool down prior to removing from pan and placing on a wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or drizzle with melted chocolate.
