This is a combination of 4 different cakes - I did not have all the ingredients needed for the cake I wanted to make so this is a little of this and a little of that recipes to make this moist and wake you up in the morning coffeecake! You get the coffee and the chocolate kick at the same time!!

Ingredients

FIRST IN THE PAN:

2 Tbsp
all purpose flour
1/4 c
light brown sugar, packed
3 Tbsp
butter
1/4 c
white chocolate chips

CAKE BATTER:

3/4 c
butter, room temperature
1 1/2 c
granulated sugar
3 large
eggs
1 1/2 tsp
vanilla extract
1 1/4 c
dairy buttermilk
2 1/4 c
all purpose flour
2 tsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
baking soda
1 Tbsp
ground coffee bean
1/2 tsp
salt

FILLING:

2 Tbsp
all purpose flour
1/2 c
chocolate chips
1/2 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 c
melted butter
1 Tbsp
ground coffee bean

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350^. Spray a 10-inch tube cake pan and set aside.
Mix together "First in the pan" ingredients.
Place these ingredients on the bottom of the prepared pan.
2Cake batter:
In a large bowl. cream butter and sugar, until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time until well beaten in than add the vanilla.
In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients and stir into egg mixture alternately with the buttermilk, ending with dry ingredients.
3Filling:
Combine ingredients until crumbly, mixing well. set aside.
4Pour 1/2 the batter into the prepared pan over the "first in the pan" and add then add filling on top-not touching the sides. Pour remaining cake batter over the filling and spread evenly over filling. Bake in 350^ oven for 50-60 minutes or until tested done with cake tester.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing to cake plate with white chocolate topping up. Slice thin this is a rich cake.
