This coffee cake is so delicious, I have a hard time not eating the whole thing

Ingredients

CAKE

1 1/2 c
all purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
salt
1
egg beaten
3/4 c
splenda
1/3 c
melted butter
1/2 c
2% milk
1 tsp
vanillla extract
1/2 c
nuts

TOPPING

1/2 c
brown sugar splenda
1/4 c
all purpose flour
1/4 c
butter, room temperature
1 tsp
cinnamon
1/4-1/2 c
almonds, chopped

Step-By-Step

1Mix all ingredients for cake and pour into greased and floured 8"x9" pan
2Sprinkle top of cake with topping ingredients that have been combined to pea size.
3Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. I cut the cake while still warm.
4In this recipe you can add banana, apple sauce and any nut.

I prefer just the basic recipe.
