This is the most wonderful, extremely moist cake you will ever have.
I'm actually not a fan of flaked coconut at all, but I usually sprinkle just a tad on top for presentation.
The flavor this cake has is out of this world. It's one of those deserts that you put in your mouth and it just melts. It really is a wonderfull and different cake. ONE NOTE: The cake MUST be refrigerated at all times!!

Ingredients

1 box
white or coconut cake mix
1 can(s)
eagle brand milk
1 can(s)
cream of coconut
1 pkg
reglular size tub of cool whip
1 pkg
angel flake coconut (optional in my house)
1 jar(s)
cherries (optional)

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix and bake cake as directed on box. When cake is done and STILL HOT; punch holes in the cake with a wooden spoon handle,

Combine the Eagle Brand milk and the Cream of Coconut, pour over cake and into holes. When cake has cooled, top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with coconut flakes,may also garnish with cherries if you would like to. THIS CAKE MUST BE REFRIGERATED AT ALL TIMES!!
