Coconut Cake with a Kick

This is a very, very rich coconut cake. Even those who aren't crazy about coconut cake usually like this one.

Ingredients

1 box
duncan hines yellow cake mix
1 can(s)
coco lopez cream of coconut
1 can(s)
eagle bran milk
1
lg. cool whip whipped topping
1
reg. cool whip whipped topping
1 1/2 pkg
fresh or frozen grated coconut
milk

Step-By-Step

1Mix the cake mix, substituting milk when it calls for water. Follow baking directions for a 13x9 inch pan. Bake until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
2While still hot,poke holes in cake with fork and pour cream of coconut over cake. Spread evenly. Then spread eagle bran milk over that. Sprinkle a small amount of coconut over this.
3Cover and refrigerate at least one hour, I usually refrigerate over night.
4Using cool whip, cover completely. Cover this using the rest of the coconut.
5Enjoy!
