Ingredients

margerine

1 1/2 c
sugar

milk
3 c
sifted flour
4 tsp
baking powder
2 tsp
salt

STREUSEL TOPPING

1 c
brown sugar
4 tsp
cinnamon
3 Tbsp
flour
3-4 Tbsp
melted butter or margerine

Directions Step-By-Step

CREAM TOGETHER--margerine, eggs and sugar..Stir in milk

ADD DRY INGREDIENTS-flour, baking powder, and salt into the cream mixture

PREPARE Streusel TOPPING-brown sugar, cinnamon, flour and melted butter or margerine (you can make extra if needed)

Pour only half of the batter into a greased and floured (9 by 13 oblong pan). Sprinkle half the streusel on top of the batter---pour the rest of the batter in pan and top with remaining streusel topping--Bake at 375 for 35 to 40 Mins. ENJOY
