Ingredients

3 c
flour
1/4 tsp
salt
1 c
sugar
4 tsp
baking powder
1 1/2 c
milk
2
eggs
2 tsp
vanilla
1/2 c
butter, melted

FOR THE TOPPING

1 c
butter, soft, almost melted
1 c
brown sugar
2 Tbsp
flour
2 Tbsp
cinnamon

FOR THE GLAZE

5 Tbsp
milk
2 c
powdered sugar
1 tsp
vanilla

Step-By-Step

1For the batter: In large bowl, mix all ingredients except butter together.

2Once mixed, slowly pour in melted butter. Mix a little with spatula to incorporate into batter.

3Pour batter mixture into a greased 9X13 pan. Set aside.

4For the topping: mix all ingredients together until well combined.

5Drop evenly over batter and swirl with a knife.

6Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 mins.

7For glaze: While cake is still warm, mix all ingredients and drizzle glaze over cake.
