brown sugar
3 pkg

8 ounces cream cheese
2 1/2 tsp

ground cinnamon
1 Tbsp

vanilla

How To Make cinnamon cheesecake

Blend cream cheese and brown sugar. Add cinnamon and vanilla. Mix in eggs, one at a time. Stir in sour cream.

Pour into graham cracker crust. bake at 325F for 50 minutes. Chill completely.
