Ingredients For chocolate truffle cheesecake
- CRUST:

18oreo cookies, finely crushed (about 1 1/2 c)

2 Tbspbutter, melted
- FILLING:

3 - 8 oz. pkgcream cheese, room temperature

1 - 14 oz. cansweetened condensed milk

1 Tbsppure vanilla extract

1 - 12 oz. pkgsemi-sweet baking chocolate, melted, slightly cooled

1/4 ckahlua or other coffee flavored liqueur (optional)

4 lgeggs
How To Make chocolate truffle cheesecake

1Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

2Mix cookie crumbs & butter; press onto bottom of 9" springform pan.

3Beat cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk & vanilla in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add chocolate & liqueur (if using); mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour over crust.

4Bake 1 hour 5 min. - 1 hour 10 min. or until center is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate 4 hours.
