Ingredients For chocolate truffle cheesecake

  • CRUST:

    oreo cookies, finely crushed (about 1 1/2 c)
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • FILLING:
  • 3 - 8 oz. pkg
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 - 14 oz. can
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 Tbsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 1 - 12 oz. pkg
    semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted, slightly cooled
  • 1/4 c
    kahlua or other coffee flavored liqueur (optional)
  • 4 lg
    eggs

How To Make chocolate truffle cheesecake

    Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

    Mix cookie crumbs & butter; press onto bottom of 9" springform pan.

    Beat cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk & vanilla in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add chocolate & liqueur (if using); mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour over crust.

    Bake 1 hour 5 min. - 1 hour 10 min. or until center is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate 4 hours.
