Ingredients

1 c
light margarine
1 c
water
1/4 c
baking cocoa
2 c
all-purpose flour
2 c
sugar or splenda sugar
1 tsp
baking soda
1/8 tsp
salt or light salt
1/2 c
buttermilk or milk with little vingar
2
eggs,beaten

Step-By-Step

1Place margarine, water and cocoa in a saucepan. Heat until margarine melts; let cool.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar or Splenda sugar, baking soda and salt; mix well.

2Add margarine mixture, buttermilk and eggs to flour mixture; stir well.

3Spread in a greased 15x10 jelly-roll pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve 15-20

4Use; Whipped cream or Cool Whip with fresh or frozen fruits
