Chocolate Pudding Cake

This is my husband's very favorite cake and whips up in a snap. Great plain or served with ice cream.

Ingredients

1 box
white cake mix
1 box
instant chocolate pudding (reg or sugar free)
3
egg whites
2 c
milk, skim (or your preference)
1 c
chopped walnuts (pecans okay too)
1 c
mini or reg chocolate chips

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray baking spray in bottom and sides of 12 x 9 baking pan
2IN a medium mixing bowl, blend together well cake and pudding mix.
3Beat with an electric mixer for 2 minutes, scraping sides often.
4Pour into prepared baking pan. Sprinkle top with nuts and chips.
5Bake at 350 degrees according to cake mix box directions or for about 30 minutes. (Check for doneness with a toothpick) Let cool
6Serve plain or with ice cream or whipped cream!
