cake mix, devils food, plus ingredients listed on box
sweetened condensed milk
semisweet chocolate chips
CHOCOLATE WHIPPED CREAM TOPPING
Bake cake according to directions on the box in a 9×13 cake pan.
Once cake comes out of the oven, poker holes all over the top.
Place sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl, heat for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Whisk until smooth, microwave more if needed to melt chocolate completely.
Pour chocolate mixture over cake and spread to fill in holes.
Set cake aside to cool, about 1 hour. Then refrigerate to cool cake completly.
To make whipped topping, beat heavy cream until it begins to thicken. Add powdered sugar,cocoa, and vanilla extract, beat until stiff peaks form.
Spread evenly over cooled cake. Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips and drizzle with chocolate sauce. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
