How To Make chocolate peanut butter swirl cake

Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 10 inch oven proof skillet with nonstick baking spray with flour. Set aside. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar at medium high speed with an electric mixer until fluffy, 3-4 minutes, stopping occasionally to scrape sides of bowl. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add 6 tablespoons water and vanilla, beating to combine.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. With mixer on low speed, add flour mixture to sugar mixture, beating just until combined. Transfer half of batter to a medium bowl; beat in peanut butter until combined. Add cocoa to remaining batter, beating just until combined. Alternating flavors, add 1/2 cup batter at a time to prepared pan. Using a knife, gently swirl batter. Bake until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 30-45 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes on a wire rack.
