Reserve 4 pieces chocolate for garnish. Melt remaining chocolate pieces in heat proof bowl set over pan of simmering water; stir until smooth. Spoon melted chocolate into 4 foil cupcake liners, spreading chocolate on bottom & up sides with pastry brush or back of small spoon. Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes. If desired, when chocolate has set, carefully peel away & discard foil liners.

In small bowl, thoroughly combine peanut butter & sugar. To assemble, spread heaping Tbsp peanut butter mixture in bottom of each chocolate cup. Place 1 slice of cake in each cup, pressing carefully to fit. Top with remaining peanut butter mixture. Place 1 reserved chocolate piece on top of each. Sprinkle with peanuts.
