Chocolate Eclair Cake

- whole graham crackers
- 6 oz
- package instant vanilla pudding
- 3 c
- 8 oz
- whipped topping
- 1 c
- 1/8 tsp
- 1/3 c
- 1/4 c
- 1/4 c
- 1 tsp
- vanilla extract
1Butter 13 x 9 inch pan and cover bottom with a layer of whole graham crackers.
2Mix pudding mix and milk beating well.
3Fold in whipped topping.
4Spread half of mixture over crackers in pan.
5Cover with another layer of crackers.
6Spread remaining mix over crackers.
7Top with a layer of crackers.
8In saucepan, combine sugar, salt, cocoa and milk.
9Bring to a boil and boil one minute.
10Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.
11Beat until smooth and spread on top of crackers.
13Much more delicious if not served until next day.
