    butter, melted
  • FOR THE FILLING
  • 2 pkg
    (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c

  • 1 Tbsp
    cornstarch

    eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3/4 c
    sour cream
  • 1 c
    whole-berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 c
    hot fudge ice cream topping, warmed

    Bake at 325° for 30-35 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Carefully run a knife around edge of pan to loosen; cool 1 hour longer. Refrigerate overnight.
