Ingredients

1 pkg
yellow cake mix
8 oz
sour cream
3/4 c
water
3
eggs

TOPPING INGREDIENTS

1 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c
semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c
chopped walnuts
2 Tbsp
flour
2 tsp
cinnamon
2 Tbsp
butter, melted

Step-By-Step

1Heat oven to 350 degrees.

2Grease and lightly flour 13x9 pan.

3In small bowl, combine all topping/streusel ingredients; mix well.

4Set aside.

5In large bowl, combine all coffee cake ingredients at low speed until moistened.

6Beat 2 minutes at highest speed.

7Spread 2/3 of batter in prepared pan; sprinkle with half of topping/streusel mix.

8Repeat with remaining batter and top with streusel mix.

9Bake for 35-50 minutes, or until cake tests done in center.
