DirectionsIn a medium bowl, using a mixer cream together the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk. Add the lime juice and beat for another 30 seconds. Pour mixture into the chocolate crust and refrigerate for 30 minutes.Pour the cherry pie filling on top of the cheesecake and chill for another 30 minutes. Serve.Note: I always make a double recipe - it's so good it never lasts long!
