In mixing bowl, combine cake mix pie filling and eggs. Mix by hand. Pour into a greased and floured 9x13 baking dish.
Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Test with tooth pick for doneness.
Spread chocolate-Cherry Cake Frosting over hot cake.
Frosting: 5 tablespoons butter, 1 1/4 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup milk, 1 6oz package of chocolate chips. Combine butter sugar and milk in a medium sauce pan. Boil 1 minute stirring constantly. Add chips and stir until chips melt. Pour over hot cake.
