Ingredients For chocolate cheesecake mousse

1/4 cdark chocolate chips

12 ozhershey's chocolate syrup

10 ozcream cheese, room temperature

1/2 cconfectioners' sugar

1 Tbsppure vanilla extract

1 - 8 oz pkgcool whip
- GARNISH:
-
dark chocolate bar piece
-
whipped cream, unsweetened
-
multicolored sprinkles
-
maraschino cherry
How To Make chocolate cheesecake mousse

1Place the chips in a microwave safe bowl & microwave for 1 1/2 minutes stirring after 1 minute. Stir until melted & shiny; then add syrup & stir until blended.

2In a large bowl, combine melted chocoaltes, cream cheese, sugar & vanilla; mix well.

3Fold in cool whip adding 1/2 of the container at a time.

4FANCY PRESENTATION: Using a pastry bag fitteed with large star tip, pipe into wine glasses, champagne flutes or other serving glasses. Garnish with whipped cream, dark chocolate piece, sprinkles & a cherry!
