cheese cake "cup cakes"

- 10 vanilla wafers
- 2 egga
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 ) 8oz.pk cream cheese at room temp. soft!
1preheat oven 350
put 10 paper liners in a muffin pan
lay 1 vanilla wafer flat side down
2whip cream cheese till fluffy and then add sugar,beat,add eggs one at a time..then vanilla
3pour in muffin pan till it reaches almost top of edge of pan..not the paper; as some are higher than others.
bake for 22 min..when cool they will sink slightly...
use any pie filling or topping..you can also; freeze plain and then they are ready any time!(the wafer makes like a gram crust for the cup cake]
