sugar

cooking oil
2 c
flour
2 tsp
baking soda
2 tsp
baking powder
2 tsp
cinnamon
4 c
carrots grated
3/4 c
nuts chopped

cream cheese 8 oz.
1/2 c
butter
1 lb
powdered sugar

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 13x9x5 sheet pan.

Beat eggs and sugar, stir in oil. Sift together flour, soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Stir into egg mixture. Add nuts and carrots.

Pour into sheet pan and bake 35-45 minutes. Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting.

Cream Cheese Frosting:
Mix Cream Cheese, butter and powdered sugar with mixer until creamy. Frost cooled cake.
