Ingredients

4
eggs
1 1/2 c
crisco oil
2 c
sugar
3 jar(s)
small jars baby food strained carrots
2 c
flour
2 tsp
cinnamon
2 tsp
baking soda
1 tsp
salt

Step-By-Step

1Mix well. Spread on well greased cookie sheet (12 1/2 x 15 1/2"). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes. Let cool.

Frosting: 1 lb. box powdered sugar, 4 T. margarine, 1 tsp. vanilla, 8 oz. cream cheese, softened. Beat together and spread on cooled cake. Sprinkle with one cup chopped nuts.
