Carrot and Raisin Cake

Like carrot and raisin salad for summer and had the idea of making a cake instead.

Ingredients

1 box
carrot cake mix - i like betty crocker
1 can(s)
pumpkin -not the pie filling
1/2 c
plumped raisins - can add more

Step-By-Step

1Mix all together. Put in cake pan. I use Demarle silicon bakeware so I don't have to grease or spray the pan. If you are using a regular pan you will need to spray or grease it.
2Bake at 325 degrees for about 30 min or until toothpick comes out clean. (Note 350 deg for light colored pans.)
3Let cook and then unmold by turning upside down on to a cake plate. I like to frost with a light cream-cheese frosting. But many like it without frosting or with just a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
